Job Description

1. This position is a hub between external sales engineer and Mayr ZJG and Mayr Germany.

这个职位是销售外勤和麦尔张家港工厂和麦尔德国总部之间的联络渠道;

2. Give technical support to external engineer when they need technical support on the application and after sales service case.

给销售外勤提供产品应用支持;

3. In case he answer the technical question to external engineer, he must contact technical department in Mayr Germany, then transfer the answer to external engineer and accumulate knowledge.

解答销售外勤的技术疑问时，必须联系德国总部的技术部门得到正确的回答，并转告销售外勤, 且及时更新积累知识;

4. Keep update newest version of catalogue and installation manual, then make sure external sales engineer has new version.

始终更新并存档最新的产品目录和安装手册，并保证销售外勤有最新的资料;

5. Send catalogue and installation manual to the customer by mail.

给客户邮寄产品目录和安装手册;

6.Translate the English version of catalogue and installation manual into Chinese.

翻译英文的产品目录和安装手册;

7. Make quotations for customers.

编写报价单给客户;

8. Examine and verify the sales contract made by and between customer and external sales engineer.

审核客户和销售签订的销售合同；

9. Check the correctness of goods size/type in a specific application,

检查货物的规格/型号是否符合具体的应用要求；

10. Check if the price level does conform to the price standard determined by the company,

检查销售价格是否符合公司制定的销售价格标准；

11. Check the possible delivery time with ZJG factory or Mauerstetten factory.

张家港工厂和德国总部确认可能的交货期；

12. Check if the payment term does conform to the benefit of the company If everything is ok, he must go to Sales manager apply the contract stamp on the contract.

检查结算条件是否符合公司利益，如果以上几点都符合公司要求，把合同拿给销售经理再复核，并申请盖章；

13. If some item does not conform to the company requirement, let the external sales engineer negotiate with customer or go to sales manager for ask release.

如果某些条款不符合公司要求，让销售外勤与客户协商或向销售经理申请批准；

14. Typethe sales order into ERP system.

将销售订单信息输入ERP系统；

15.Contact ZJG factory and Mauerstetten factory to check the delivery time of goods. Supervise it’s finished the production in time.

与张家港工厂和德国总部确认货物的交货期并监督这些货物按时结束生产；

16. Check if the amount of sales contract is get into Mayr account. If yes, then he willissue dispatch application to warehouse management department. If no, hasten external sales engineer to gather amount from the customer.

确认销售货款是否到达公司帐户。如果货款已到，填写出库申请单给仓库管理部门，申请出库。如果款未到，催销售外勤向客户收货款；

17. Send VAT invoice to the customer by mail if one sales contract is finished.

如果一个销售合同全部执行完，邮寄***给客户；

18. End of every month ask external sales engineer to send the sales forecast of within next three months, so that purchasing department and production department prepare the resource.

每月底，催促销售外勤递交后三个月的销售预估，并提交给生产部门和采购部门，以便进行生产计划和采购计划；

19.Other work assigned by superiors.

上级交付的其他工作。

任职资格

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical engineering or relevant Japanese major.

本科及以上学历，机械类或日语相关专业；

2. At least 2 years of experience working in internal sales in multinational manufacture industry,Experience in key account management is preferred.

2年以上机械制造行业跨国公司内部销售工作经验，有大客户管理经验者优先；

3. Good command of oral and written communication in English.

良好的英文听、说、读、写能力；

4．Initiative, communication skill, teamwork spirit

积极主动，优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

5. Observe occupational moral, keep occupational secret.

遵守职业道德，保守职业秘密；

6. Observe standards for safe working conditions asoutlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules andregulations outlined in the employee handbook.

遵守中国法律规定的安全工作标准和相关公司规章制度和员工手册。
