Job Summary
This position is concerned with developing the online and offline events to build the relationship between brand and advisor. To motivate, improve the brand loyalty and efficiency.

Job Description
1, Plan and organize promotion schedule according to brand strategy & business need
筹划及实施年度促销计划
2, Design and conduct sales materials, including promotion, sales and advertising tools.
开发和管理促销品、销售支持工具及相关宣传材料
3, Build the internal sales relationship system, set the rules and procedures
建立内部销售关系运营服务体系,搭建制度和业务流程
4, Operate incentive program and club activities
拟定和执行月度和年度的销售激励方案和奖项
5, Build the efficient communication system to motivate internal advsiors
建立有效的内部沟通机制,激励以及优化顾问
6, Conduct the internal points plan.
负责销售积分兑换计划
任职要求:
? 2 years above relevant working experience, especially in membership of cosmetic is be preferred.
2年以上会员运营经验,有化妆品等快消行业的运营经验优先考虑;
? Bachelor’s degree, advanced academic record will be preferred
本科毕业,更高阶学历优先考虑
? Strong business perspective with clear logic & good communication
对业务有敏感度
? Fluent English, good writing and event planning, good communication skill.
英语流利,具有优秀的文案撰写和活动创意策划能力,有较好的协调、沟通能力;
? Strong in Microsoft: Word, Excel and PPT, or simple photo/video/wechat editing ability will be preferred
? 电脑技巧佳,相关office软件和图文、视频编辑软件掌握者尤佳
? Open minded, team work, positve & responsible
? 思维活跃,乐于协作,积极主动
