Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Responsible for billing data consolidation and issuing invoices.

负责开票资料整理、开具发票。

2. Responsible for accounts receivable analysis report, compile accounts receivable aging list.

负责应收账款分析报告，编制应收账龄表。

3. Track business receipts, communicate billing and payment progress.

追踪业务收款情况，沟通开票及回款进度。

4. Organize and update the revenue accounts in time and do a good job of reconciliation.

及时整理、更新收入台账，做好对账工作。

5. Responsible for the accounts receivable subsidiary ledger, cooperate with the general ledger to ensure smooth monthly closing.

负责应收账款明细账，与总账配合，确保月度顺利结账。

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

完成主管安排的其他工作。

Qualification

职位要求

1. Diploma or bachelor degree, majors about Finance or Accounting are welcomed to apply.

大专及以上学历, 财务、会计相关专业。

2. Good oral and writing skills in English.

良好的英语口语及书写能力。

3. At least 1 year of working experience. Welcome excellent fresh graduates.

至少1年工作经验,优秀应届毕业生亦可。

4. Motivated individual with a pleasant disposition.
