Becoming familiar with the company’s products, the competition, market needs, and trends.
Market research, contact and lead acquisition, basic data entry (tracking), and in the future, locating and vetting potential distributors
Identifying local groups of international schools and schools of foreign passport holders in China and others who have a need for English proficiency testing.
Researching and locating contact information of target groups
Developing a six month Sales & Marketing Plan extended every three months.
Working with iTEP HQ to develop marketing and promotional campaigns targeting these groups.
Assisting iTEP HQ to understand and to comply with all related local laws and regulations
Assisting and/or engaging with iTEP’s social networking activities.
Submitting a weekly report to the President summarizing the major events of the week.

Intermediate knowledge of English language (B2)
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in sales, marketing, business development, or related field.
- ”People-person” with good relationship management skil
- Good communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in internet research, and data entry,
- Ability to work autonomously and proactivity,
- Willingness to undertake training when necessary
Full training on product knowledge, the iTEP online admin system and target markets
Provide digital and hard copy promotional materials as needed
Fully cover the cost of approved mail/email marketing campaigns
Fully cover the cost of approved education fair, conferences and seminars
Fully cover the cost of approved in-country domestic travel
