岗位职责/职位描述
1.Supervise and inspect the implementation of instructions and resolutions of senior management meetings by various departments.
督办、检查各部门对上级指示和高管级会议决议的贯彻执行。
2.Drafting hotel administrative documents and auditing inter-system dispatches.
起草酒店行政文件,对系统间发文做好审核。
3.Do a good job of information transmission of general manager and departments.
做好总经理和各部门的信息传递工作。
4.Responsible for meeting affairs and minutes of hotel senior management, inter-system meetings and other major meetings and activities.
负责酒店高管层、系统间会议及其他重大会议、活动的会务及会议纪要工作。
5.Organize and record Hotel events, compile hotel management system, etc.
组织记载酒店大事记,编撰酒店管理制度等工作。
6.Collecting and sorting out feedback information and rationalization suggestions inside and outside the hotel
收集、整理酒店内外的反馈信息及合理化建议。
7.To organize the hotel seal, the use and custody of letters of introduction, the sending and receiving of letters and telecommunications, and the subscription and distribution of newspapers and periodicals.
组织做好酒店印鉴、介绍信使用保管、函电收发和报刊征订分发工作。
8.Responsible for the rational and legal use of hotel seals and the collation and storage of relevant certificates.
负责合理合法使用酒店印信,办理相关证件的整理保管。
9.Party affairs: responsible for external communication and coordination of Party affairs; responsible for hotel party building accounts, discipline checking accounts; responsible for monthly fixed-day activities; responsible for reporting party building information.
党务工作:负责对外的党务沟通、协调工作;负责饭店党建台账、纪检台账;负责每月固定日活动安排;负责党建信息上报。
10.Responsible for the management of logistic services for hungry areas, and supervise the execution of logistic work.
负责管理就饿点后勤服务工作,监督后勤工作的执行力。
11.负责完成总经理临时交办的各项任务。
CUALIFICATIONS:
岗位要求
1.College degree or above, working experience in hotel administration and the same position is preferred.
大专以上文化程度, 具有酒店行政方面工作经验及同岗位工作经验者优先。
2.Master general knowledge of hotel management, familiar with hotel secretarial work and administrative knowledge and the writing method of practical articles, understand the reception etiquette and etiquette.
掌握酒店经营管理一般知识,熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识和应用文撰写方法,懂得接待礼仪、礼节
3.Understand hotel related laws and regulations and related economic laws and policies, familiar with foreign affairs discipline.
了解酒店相关法规及有关经济法规和政策,熟悉外事纪律。
4.Ability to handle general documents, correspondence and information, and to coordinate and receive work well.
能处理一般的文件、函电和资料,具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。
5.Has good writing organization ability, can write various kinds of application manuscripts and plans, summaries, reports and so on.
有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。
