What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

• Identify potential industrial according to customer needs and vertical trends to create Hoffman market proactive strategic to strengthen nVent’s competition edge for APAC.
• New Product development researches and recommends new products and services for market opportunities consistent with corporate capabilities and objectives. Especially on industrial cooling and DNS cooling system. Driving new product development process.
• Develop pro forma with complete financial analysis and sales forecast of all proposed new products. Conduct cost analysis and pricing strategy to make cooling solutions have good price competitiveness and profitability.
• Work with global product management team for product transfer. Product Life Cycle Management. Determines positioning of products and services considering price, volume, share and profitability. Ensures that assigned product families are quick responsive to market ,needs to maintain and/or improve market penetration and share position.
• Product Leadership Communicates with, and influences other departments in the development of strategic marketing plans and programs. Directs the implementation of product plans for assigned products and coordinates cross-functional activities. Manage product specification, quality, cost and data integrity as it relates to the product family
• Lead and responsible for providing engineering all customer requirement, estimate volumes and strategic direction. To support internal team, field sales, distributors and end customers as required.
• Provides collateral support for roadshow, tradeshow catalogues, launch kits, competitive alerts, sales communications, instruction sheets, etc.

You have:

• At least 3 years of hand-on engineering experience and at least 6 years of progressive marketing and sales responsibilities
• Technical knowledge about cooling

• Ability to work with and lead others cross-functionally in the organization
• Creative, market sensitive
• Technical understanding
• Up to 40% travel in support of the assigned product lines
• Ability to filter all market related information in order to help setting up the best strategy
