岗位职责：

1.PBMC分离、激活、扩增培养以及电转染；

2.对用于流式细胞术分析、免疫荧光分析等的细胞样品进行收集、染色；

3.协助部门主管进行实验设计、SOP方案输出。

任职要求：

1.生物技术、生物工程、医学、药学或免疫学相关专业，本科学历有3年以上实验经验，或硕士及以上学历有2年以上实验经验；

2.有PBMC提取、激活和培养经验；

3.有生物制药工作背景和GMP实验室工作经验者优先；

4.具备较强的动手能力和独立工作能力，对实验及数据严格严谨；

5.有良好的责任心、团队合作精神、沟通能力与学习能力。
