Responsibilities：

1. Define and drive team KPI performance.

2. Define and implement people development plan and department stratagem.

3. Overall in charge of testing and debug include PCBA, SMU, line layout, efficiency improvement.

4. Monitor and appraise the staff’s performance who is under testing engineering.

5. Source for new test equipment and fixture for new product, and perform setup, evaluation and buyoff.

6. Analyze and evaluate new and existing test equipment/data to optimize test efficiency and improve system stability.

7. Failure analyze and work with other department do corrective action for yield improvement.

8. Create and maintain testing related document for preventive maintenance, database maintenance, software management.

9. Work with team qualify new supplier for tester and spare parts.

10. Training to new test Engineer, guide test engineer for problem solving, fully support production.

11. Lead test team work with R&D for regularly tester performance review, issue feedback and push out solution.

12. Another task assignment assigned by supervisor or high level.

Qualifications:

1. At least 6 years working experience in Test Engineering Management in EMS factory;

2. Bachelor or above in Engineering education background;

3. Strong Leadership;

4. Good people management skill and sense;

5. Good in both written and oral English.
