5、负责组织安排、考核售后工程师的各项日常工作。

2、有三年以上汽车焊接车间维修工作经验；

Task Focus:

• Manage TüNKERS service team in China
• Organize service activities such as installations, repairs, maintenance within China
• Provide service and customer support in the field for installations, repairs and maintenance for China, marked willingness to travel within China
• Support all on-site installation, repair, and maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Performs and ensures preventive maintenance and diagnostics on TUENKERS systems and components together with internal and external partners and specialists
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings
• Taking care of existing customer, regular visits to customer, build positive relationships with the customers / specifically maintenance teams on site
• Ensures timely response to customers service calls
• Adhere to planned schedules to support customer requirements
• Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, sketches, plans and mechanical BOM
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs
• Forecast of yearly service targets for the responsible area in China
• Cooperate with global technical team and share information across the international organization
• Produce timely and detailed service reports in service tools and apps

Profile:

• Technical degree or industry related certification required or similar field of degree
• 3 years’ experience in automation industry, automotive industry or as service technician in China
• Experience in mechanics, pneumatic and electrical systems is preferred, solid working knowledge of mechanical machinery installations
• Network of contacts within the Chinese automotive industry preferred
• Technical understanding and knowledge in the automotive industry
• Languages: English and Chinese mandatory, other foreign languages desirable
• Hands-on, highly organized person that drives projects and activities to completion
• Willingness to travel and independent, structured approach
• Team player with a hands-on mentality, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
