Responsibilities:
1, establish and improve the training system, organize training management;
2, formulate and organize the implementation of the annual training plan, the preparation of semi annual , quarterly and monthly training plan; improve the training process;
3, in charge of training needs analysis, set requirements according to the assessment results and post;
4, responsible for the transmission of information, publicity and enterprise culture construction;
5, according to the training plan, regulate the subordinates training mode and flow; and according to the training feedback, guide the subordinates to continuously improve the training effect;
6, develop and preparate courseware in order to meet the needs of the company;
7, independently organize the great training;
8, summarize the training, test and evaluate the training effect, compile the summary report of training, put forward suggestions for improvement of training;
9, complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
1, college degree or above, with at least two years of experience in the beauty industry, has a background in medicine, nutrition and other related is preferred;
2, presentable, standard Mandarin, good ability of expression and resilience, infectious;
3, has the rich training and meeting experience, has the experience of organize and plan the meetings of salon and store sales is preferred;
4, team cooperation ability and good communication skills, be able to adapt to the business trip;
5, some sales experience.
