The Kempinski Hotel Chongqing will have 431 rooms and suites. It will aim to attract local, national and international travelers with extensive meeting and conference facilities, and a 24-hour business centre. The hotel will have a selection of fine dining and informal restaurants, offering Chinese, Western and Italian cuisine, as well as Kempinski’s famed Paulaner Breuhaus micro-brewery. In addition, the hotel will have a luxurious spa and fitness area.

Kempinski Hotel Chongqing is located within the CBD of Nanping district which beside the Bridge of Yangtze river. On the other side of the river, it’s the traditional commercial area- Jie Fangbei. Applicant correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner
and interviews are set up on behalf of management.
CVs are distributed to Heads of Department and followed-up on.
Every applicant receives a final response to their employment request.

The hotel page of the recruitment web-site is up-to-date and well
maintained.
3. On-boarding
All new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork
completed in an organized and efficient manner.
New joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated with the
respective HODs and the Training department.
4. Employees are welcomed to the Human Resources office in a warm and
friendly manner.
5. Exit Interview:
Every leaver receives an exit interview.
