岗位职责：

• 参与体内药效试验方案的设计；

• 建立肿瘤免疫动物模型；

• 利用肿瘤免疫动物模型对候选抗体分子药物开展药效学评价和初步药理学研究；

• 负责实验数据采集统计分析及实验记录撰写；

• 完成领导分配的组内日常管理工作。

任职资格：

• 药理学、生物学或动物医学相关专业本科及以上学历；5年以上肿瘤体内模型经验者优先；

• 熟练掌握细胞培养；

• 精通肿瘤动物模型的建立，对肿瘤免疫动物模型有一定的了解；

• 掌握肿瘤体内药效方面的实验操作技能，能独立完成动物给药、肿瘤体积测量、动物采血收样、动物解剖和动物手术等；

• 能熟练地进行实验数据的记录和分析、及填写初步实验方案或报告等；

• 有良好的团队合作精神。

Responsibility：

• Participate in the study design of in vivo efficacy studies.

• Develop various immune-oncology animal models.

• Perform efficacy studies and preliminary pharmacology studies of our candidate antibodies in immune-oncology animal models.

• Responsible for data collection, data analysis, notebook recording, and study report writing.

• Accomplish daily management work within the group assigned by the leader.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above in pharmacology, biology, veterinary medicine or other related fields. Prior in vivo work experience (at least 1 year) preferably with oncology animal models.

• Proficiency in mammalian cell culture.

• Experience in developing various tumor models, has knowledge of immune-oncology animal models.

• Hand-on experiences with in vivo efficacy studies of antitumor drugs. Familiar with animal experiment technologies including drug administration via various route, tumor size measurement, harvest of blood or other biosamples, surgical procedures and so on.

• Familiar with record data collection, data analysis, and make the study design or study reports.

• Good team spirit of cooperation.
