Position: Business Development Manager, Industrial & Material Science

Working Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities: -Develop new businesses/customers for contract logistics, transportation and related SCM value added services in manufacturing & bulk material industries, chemical industries in particular;

• Build, own and manage a high quality pipeline of businesses to make sure hitting or excessing the annual revenue target

- Be able to generate and develop high quality sales leads by effective leverage internal, external resources and collaborations with different business divisions and teams within KLN group -Develop viable supply chain solutions in alignment with solution and operation teams for customers on specific key industry segments and ensuring the effective implementation of key industry development plan in all regions;

- Capable to manage whole cycle of solution selling and negotiating a profitable commercial contracts in alignment with various company policies - Strong sense of deep sell and business value penetrating with customers from key industries ;

-Assist to develop and implement sales policies and pricing guidelines from IL division in all business activities -To follow and accomplish the tasks assigned by direct manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:
-University degree or above in business administration, logistics or relevant disciplines; -Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and business development experience in logistics business functions in MNC, preferably for leading 3PL/LSP; -Strong team building, presentation and project management skills; -Self driven, performance oriented with good analytical, planning and time management mentality; -Strong business acumen and creative in customer solution proposition and contract negotiating -Good command of English communication skill, solution presenting, additional foreign language is an advantage; -Working proactively, reliable, positive thinking, and able to work under high pressure -Good interpersonal skills and team player.
