岗位职责:
1、建立健全所辖区域的业务管理制度,督导企业业务政策的落实、各项制度的贯彻执行,对所辖区域各项政策落实情况、制度执行情况负责。

4、全面指导所辖大区日常工作,负责区域内的市场开拓,客户管理及市场推广,运营、以及商业合作机会的洽谈、跟踪及汇报。

5、当地市场开拓,从公交、出租、物流、租赁、地产、旅游等公司、主机厂、政府、4S店寻找客户,销售充电桩和监控平台。

6、寻找已有和将有新能源汽车单位,为其配建充电桩,评估、勘察、施工(寻找施工商)和桩群运维,收取充电服务费并向当地主管政府部门备案,补贴申领。

7、制定、组织实施大区内市场推广计划、方案,不断扩大公司在当地的知名度,增加当地其他品牌充电桩连接数量,增加APP使用用户。

8、保持维系与客户、政府职能部门良好的互动关系,全面了解商务政策、市场趋势、需求变化、价格水平等信息,分析竞争态势,适时提出调整产品的市场推广策略,迎合市场竞争的需要。

9、负责辖区内产品投诉、业务渠道投诉的协调工作。

10、负责辖区内与其他区域及公司各部门之间的协调合作关系。

11、对辖区内人员组织面试、甑选、培训、监督、评价、并考核,提升各地销售人员的业务水平和行业知识与经验。

12、关注关键人才培养与挽留,建立本部门的人才梯队,拟订本部门核心职位的继任计划。

任职资格:
1、电气工程、机械制造、土木工程、通讯工程、软件工程、市场营销相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Marketing
2、5年以上汽车主机厂、新能源、电力行业相关工作经验, 3年团队管理经验,有政府资源者优先。
At least 5 years working experience in automobile mainframe factory, new energy, power industry, 3 years team management experience, government resources is preferred
3、能独立开拓市场和维护客户。
Ability to develop the market independently and maintain customers.
4、熟悉公关活动流程,具有优秀的公关活动项目策划、执行与拓展能力。
