1. Abstracting critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation;

2. Transferring abstracted information into various lease and portfolio database systems;

3. Verifying and cross-checking abstracts, system content and other data to ensure completeness and accuracy;

4. Liaising with internal and external contacts when required;

5. Auditing and reviewing system reports for accuracy;

6. Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are strictly adhered to.

Other required tasks may include:

7. Assisting with report preparation;

8. Sourcing documents and portfolio information;

9. Recording received documentation and information;

10. Identifying queries, data gaps and missing information;

11. Resolving queries in a timely manner;

12. Monitoring project progress and providing regular reports.

• Fluent in English both written and oral, Japanese or Korean written.
