Reports to: Managing Director

Position status: Full-time position

Experience: 5 years above in sales field

Education: B.S. or higher

Language: Chinese native, and fluent in reading/writing in English. Good oral English is a plus

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience


MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Maximizing sales results and incrasing the market share through long-term client partnerships.


MAIN DUTIES & PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintaining systematic contact with clients as per the database contents.

2. Preparing and devising technically correct offers in reply to client inquiries.

3. Cumulating information regarding the competition's activity.

4. Maintaining entries and adnotations in the client database.

5. Maintaining entries and adnotations in the sales projects database.

6. Ongoing contact with the superior regarding the scope of possibilities, barriers and difficultites of the sales process.

7. Ongoing completion of client visitation plan.

8. Expanding the client database with new contacts.

9. Reporting work results to the immediate superior.

10. Planning sales actvity for the following week.

11. Analysis and current problem solving, removing sale obstacles.

12. Responsible for expenditures generated by the conducted operational activity.

13. Supporting and participation in the realization of marketing activities (events, seminars, loyalty programs, etc.).

14.Realization of predetermined sales targets.

15. Reporting sales results, barriers and possibilities to the immediate superior.

16. Maintaing care over adhering to budget discipline.

17. Preparing data pertaining to devising annual budgets.

18. Participation in periodic company sales structure meetings.

19. Ongoing registration of work porcess and its effects in the e-Synergy program.

20. Assisting in collecting first hand information of HVAC market, competitors, etc..

21. Participation in the training and development program process offered by the corporation (e.g. eLearning).

22. Other assignments as assigned by supervisors.


REQUIREMENTS

1. University degree education (technical study profile, ventilation and air conditioning knowledge a plus).

2. Sales experience in HVAC industry, B2B sector trade experience prefereable.

3. Proficient in HVAC product, AHU knowledge, direct sales, designing/devising projects, communication, negotiation, presentation.

4. Ability to conduct client presentations.

5. Sharp market senses and ability to set up and develop business relationship.

6. Good technical knowledge about products offered.

7. Excellent organizational, coordinational and communicative skills.

8. Ability and motivation to gain knowledge quickly.

9. Ability to deal with sudden or challenging problems from the clients, technical or service.

10. Knowledge of the English language.

11. Ability to work on a computer.

12. Responsible.

13. Accurate.

14. Well honed work effects and results orientation.

15. People directed personality.

16. Willingness to work irregular work hours and taking frequent business trips.
