Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and monitor plans submitted by various business units to Trust & Compliance; identify gaps in the data submitted; report on the data collected; and load the data on our department tool;
- Lead online searches, handle information management of records relating to Trust & Compliance-led due diligence studies and other department projects;
- Support the preparation of presentation charts, handle translation as needed, and ideally improve the presentation designs;
- Administratively arrange small IBM-internal events (e.g., event documentation and agenda, invitation release and monitoring, room reservation and set-up, attendance logistics, and post-event record-keeping);
- Support record-keeping for vendor billings in Trust & Compliance-directed projects.
Requirements:
- Very strong in English language; native Chinese language proficiency;
- Skilled in use of Lotus Notes and MS Office tools (e.g., Excel and Powerpoint) ;
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
