1、负责员工的考勤、请假、五险一金办理、银行结汇申报、税务申报；负责员工花名册的整理、更新，及档案的建立与管理；

2、负责公司的行政和日常事务，如访客接待、车旅酒店预定、快递寄收。办公环境监督及管理等。负责办公用品管理，行政费用统计；

3、负责公司的财务管理工作，熟悉财务核算流程（包括应收款的管理、费用管理、发票管理等）；熟练操作EXCEL表格。账单核对，登记，付款。

4、优化税务结构，及时完成税务申报及缴纳，协助筹划涉税方案；

5、完成上级领导交与的其他任务

6、有相关财务知识与英语基础优先，在大亚湾有稳定住所，家庭稳定者优先
