Main Responsibilities:

• Realize project on time in full, with as key objectives to meet the committed project timing and target product cost.

• Continuous focus on reliability and safety of the machines designed under your responsibility.

• To optimize the information management in manufacturing process, such as Auto-running, Auto-test, MOMS etc.

• Support to solve the test problem in production workshop

• Design & build the test infrastructure for the new project during the NPI, including water, electrical settlement, air-pipe, instrument, test tools and jigs, etc.

• Manage the test cell modification & upgrade project based on the production line needs, timing cost, projects KPI

• Test cell daily maintenance, test instrument calibration, test spare parts management

• Make & update the test working instruction for the test worker, Coach and monitor the electrician and test worker to follow the regulation in time.

• Follow up the CIP project in production line

• Focus the 5S and safety related the test issue

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, graduated in the field of compressors, thermodynamics, auto-control.

2. Be familiar with the infrastructure installation, adjustment and inspection. Be familiar with the inverter or contactor, and other low voltage electrical parts application, PLC programming, Delphi is an asset.

3. 3 years more engineer working experience.

4. Experience in project team working and product development is an asset.

5. Excellent in machinery design and willing to learn in technical area.

6. Good English both oral and writing, MS office, CAD tools and MRP system is an asset.
