Job responsiblity:
1. Continious improvement of the supplier' s quality level.
2. Perform supplier quality audit regularly and follow up non-conformances
3. Follow up Corrective Actions for complaints from customers at suppliers.
4. Driving process capability at the suppliers in order to continue implementation and ensure sustainability
5. Undertake Process Validation to improve process quality and stability.
6. Support and interact with other departments to develop supplier, e.g. quality, cost saving, lead time, delivery,
7. Improve supplier capacity constraints and reduce lead time etc.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
2. Production background, proven working experience in process capability and statistical process control, minimum 6 sigma green belt.
3. Strong background in Quality work is a must.
4. Experience in implementation of quality systems and supplier auditing is a must.
5. Experience with ISO9000 is a must and experience in ISO14001 is an advantage.
6. Working experience in Stamping, Coating, Casting, Injection Molding is preferred.
7. Knowledge about furniture and architecture hardware is a plus.
8. Good command of English reports writing and emails / product standard reading.
9. College or above degree, and major in Quality management or Mechanical Engineering is preferred skill
