Main Responsibility:

1. Analysis inquiry documents including technical specification and supply scope

2. Do thermal calculation (mainly for GRE sector)

3. Executing project budget estimate、GMDC calculation

4. Prepare quotation and bidding documents as per customer’s requirement/required codes & regulations and basing on necessary information from other depts. and internal tariff rules

5. Do technical clarification with customer after quotation

6. Participate internal technical transfer meeting after P.O.

7. Do quotation follow-up and make hotlist with salesman

8. Coordinate with Group sales Dept., finish the quotation and also register in inquiry following up list

9. Prepare the PRS, describe the drawings、technical files、delivery term and other requirements

10. Do the marketing survey termly, grasp the marketing price at any time (including end product cost and raw material cost)

11. Do the quotation should exact & submitting in time. Should know the inquiry DOC (such as inquiry drawing and technical files) very well, avoid any loss or mistakes. For some special materials or tube/forging price, should check and confirm with purchasing Dept.

12. Learn and discuss with relative experts or practice in workshop, comprehend the manufacturing man-hours、difficulty level, this is favorable when do the quotation estimate

13. Check the transportation cost in order to improve accuracy of quotation (inquiry forwarder or agent if any)

14. Register in the inquiry following up, and tracking、analyzing and adjusting if necessary

15. Do other tasks assigned by managers

Requirements:

1. Related work experience

• Design/Procedure engineer in pressure vessel/relative manufacturing/industrial engineering domain
• Technical sales engineer in pressure vessel/relative manufacturing domain
• Acknowledge in GB/ASME and other design/manufacturing code as a bonus

2. Mechanical/engineering education

3. Foreign language (English and 2nd one for optional)

4. Good communication skill.
