1. Achieve project targets

1.1Assisit manager to reach at dept KPI target, and reach at individual KPI target as well

1.2 Make sure VA/VE execution 100%

1.3 Push and negotiate with supplier to make sure ECN execution timely.

1.4 Negotiate with supplier on changing of logistic requirement.

1.5 SAP maintenance including interface with HK office for oversea supplier management

1.6 Cost BOM maintenance

1.7 Annual supplier capacity booking and take action for risk suppliers

1.8 Annual tooling investment budget booking and follow backup tooling development schedule.

1.9 Push supplier to make sure OTP execution on time

2. Satisfy internal customer demands

2.1 Collect daily information to support daily delivery on time

2.2 Work with SQE to make sure supplier daily problem solving in time.

2.3 Supplier risk daily action and report

2.4 Work with SCM to attend GSCC bi-weekly meeting.

2.5 Involvement for regular running project review meeting in local, supplier performance report, creation and tracking action.

3. Ensure project running stably

3.1 Capacity and tooling management including oversea suppliers in order to ensure project running stably.

3.2 Manage Webasto tooling property in supplier, make sure all running tool is excellent without damage

3.3 Spare parts management

3.4 Supplier risks management (relocation / bankrupt /Claim) in advance.

3.5 Support supplier performance review and lead action implement.

3.6 Align with relevant function to identify and solve delivery risk whatever from customer, internal and supplier

3.7 Databank maintance regularly

4. Purchasing team management

4.1 Join local and SF purchasing team and give assist

4.2 Information transfer and alignment with local and SF team

4.3 Support local and SF purchasing open issues sovled on PPD and SP

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or electro mechanics 工科专业

2. More than 3 years work experience in related positions, familiar with suppliers and purchasing requirements of automotive industry 3年以上汽车行业生产性采购（原材料）工作经验

3. Understand IATF16949 quality system requirements, and be familiar with APQP and PPAP processes
