• Conducting industry and product research in specific TMT verticals;
• Building quantitative and qualitative valuation models for target companies;
• Facilitating deal evaluation, due diligence and deal execution;
• A high level of integrity, and desire to make a long term impact;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top school;
• 1-3 years of working experience at a top PE/VC, IB or consulting firm;
• Strong interest in the Internet sector and investment;
• Deep critical thinking, a drive for change and a team-oriented personality;
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and logical thinking;
• Fluency in English and Chinese;
