Youths Education Investment Group is a start-up company/wholly owned subsidiary under East China Development & Urban Construction Design Group (ECUC), a company that provides large-scale comprehensive design & development and the No. 1 Brand in China's educational campus development. Major projects include Fudan University campus and Renmin University of China. Youths Education Group aims to provide bilingual K12 education in Shanghai with its first step in preschool and kindergarten.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities:

1． 负责聘任、调配、培训工作人员，指导、检查和评估教师以及其他工作人员的工作

Appoint， deploy and train staff, guide and assess teachers and other staff work

2． 负责建立并组织执行幼儿园各种规章制度

Establish and implement the kindergarten rules and regulations

3． 组织和指导家长工作

Organize and guide parent work

4． 制定并完成年度运营目标和招生计划

Formulate and complete annual operational objectives and enrollment plan

5. 定期召开家长会、展示教育成果、宣传家教方法、听取家长意见、提高办园

质量

Regularly hold parent meetings, show educational results, promote tutoring methods, listen to parents' opinions, and improve the quality of the park

6. 及时了解国内外幼儿教育动态，研究幼儿教育新成果，关注幼儿教育发展的新动向

Focus on the development of early childhood education at home and abroad and study new achievements in the field

7．全面了解教育、教研、卫生保健及膳食管理情况，并根据实际情况及时调整.

Have a comprehensive understanding of education, teaching and research, health care and diet management; and keep in accordance with the actual situation in a timely manner. Respect personality; strengthen the "loving and harmonious" school culture

基本要求 Qualifications Required:

1. 中英文流利 Bilingual in Mandarin and English

2. 受过良好西方高等教育 Must have a degree from a first-tier western university

3. 热爱幼教事业、喜爱孩子、喜欢与孩子交流和相处 Must enjoy early childhood education, love working with children, and have positive communication techniques that make it easy for them to communicate and get along with children

4. 有4年以上幼儿园园长经历 Minimum 4 years of previous experience as a kindergarten director

5. 有国际视野,具备随机灵活处事的能力 Have a global view, resourceful and flexible

期望要求Qualification Preferred：

1. 教育类、文史类专业毕业 Graduated from education, literature and history

2. 有10年以上的幼教/园长经验 10+ years of early childhood education experience as a teacher and/or director
