Creation Laboratory Technician

Perfumery Division

Objective :

Under general supervision, this job performs routine and non- routine works independently, to generate quality data and products / samples for evaluation of Perfumers and Development community.

Main Tasks :

• Compound formula and label them for Perfumers and internal use
• Maintain and manage perfume oils, including its stock management
• Make applied samples requests to Application Lab
• Incorporate oils for applied samples in Application Lab on request
• Identify common problems/issues encountered in labs
• Keep daily record and appropriate documentation on all laboratory work performed
• Manage stock of lab supplies & raw material (including their quality & freshness) as well as storage of samples prepared and maintain clean and well organized laboratory/work place independently
• Operate standard equipment/procedures to the required level
• Maintain all equipments in all Creation Lab areas (including Stock Room), be responsible for their maintenance
• Ensure compliance of HS&E procedures and proactively contribute to the improvement of lab safety
• Independent and efficient use of all internal tools for data collection/ recording and administration
• Administrative support on creation to Perfumers

Requirement :

• Good communication skill, with service-oriented attitude
• Honest and with integrity
• College graduate in any science studies (bachelor degree is not required)
• Experience is not needed
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Native Mandarin speaker with ability to speak and read basic English
• Possess basic computer skill (excel & words)
