Retain and expand existing client relationships and acquire new ones
? Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect’s issues and objectives
? Develop custom solutions to address the client/prospect needs
? Ensure that the full scope of services are priced appropriately
? Effectively present the solutions to the client/prospect and negotiate compensation
? Document the scope of service and compensation in a Client Service Agreement (CSA)
? Manage the financial performance of his/her book of business
? Develop a business plan for portfolio of clients and prospect to meet specific retention and sales goals
? Create a budget for each client in conjunction with client advisors and consulting colleagues
? Manage revenue, profitability, and timely billing and collection (working capital) for each client
? Expand new business and opportunities
? Assure service meets or exceeds client expectations, and protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions (E&O)
? Ensure quality of deliverables and enforce critical deadlines
? Seek feedback on Marsh’s execution of projects and renewal through client survey and ongoing client dialogue
? Assist Practice Leader to achieve team’s financial budget
? Complete other tasks assigned by Practice leader
