Job Description

工作职责:
1.全面、统筹国际实习生项目的招聘管理工作,根据需求制定整体招聘计划与流程;
Overall co-redinate the recruitment management of international intern projects,formulate the overall recruitment plan and process according to demand.
2.带领团队开发海外招聘渠道与合作院校,完成企业招聘需求分析报告;
Lead team to develop overseas recruitment channels,cooperate colleges and universities complete the enterprise recruitment needs analysis report.
3、全方位了解候选人的基本信息,判断候选人与职位的匹配度;
All -round understanding of the candidate’s basic information,judging the candidate thunderstorm position match.
4、推荐目标候选人,并根据要求制作推荐报告;
Recommend target candidates and make recommendation reports as required.
5、推进项目进展,提供面试安排、结果反馈及后续跟踪服务
Advance project progress,provide interview arrangement,feedback and follow-up service.
6、合理准确安排外籍实习生来华事务,如接机、住宿与具体工作时间等;
Reasonable and accurate arrangements for foreign interns come to china,such as reception,accommodation and specific working hours etc.
7、根据不同企业需求及阶段,做好外籍实习生团队建设的安排与落实工作。
According to the needs and stages of different enterprises,do the arrangement and implementation of the team construction of the outer box interns.
任职资格:
1、人力资源或者工商管理类专业本科以上学历;
Bachelor degree in human resources or business administration.
2、3年以上招聘管理工作经验,从事过公司猎头、有海外留学经历优先;
More than three years of experience in recruitment, has been engaged in company headhunting overseas study,experience preferred.
3、优秀的分析判断能力,掌握心理学基础知识及技能,出色的英文沟通能力;
Excellent analytical and judgment ability,skilled in applying basic knowledge and skills of psychology.Excellent English communication skills.
4、优秀的解决问题、学习及适应能力;
Excellent problem soling,learning and adaptability.
5、积极主动,责任心强,执行力强,良好的团队合作精神,能适应定的工作压力。
Proactive,responsible,strong execution,good team,cooperative spirit,can adapt to certain work pressure.
