Purchasing and Procurement Leader / 采购主管

POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标:

Manage of entire Direct Purchasing and Procurement activities according to the organization objectives by establish best-in-class supplier conditions in Quality/ Cost/ and Delivery. / 根据公司既定目标，通过建立完善的质量/成本/发货供应商考核标准，管理全部与生产相关的采购行为。

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
Manage contractual status with suppliers, including RFQ and negotiations / 基于合同状态管理供应商的报价和比价
Monitor risk and opportunities with actual and new suppliers / 针对现有和潜在供应商的风险和机会监控
Ensure material availability at SAIFEI according customer requirements and internal manufacturing schedule/ 确保赛飞生产物料满足客户需求及内部生产计划需求
Ensure Raw Material inventory according organization objectives / 根据公司目标确保原材料库存储备
Keep minimum levels of Excess and Obsolescence of Raw Material according organization objectives / 根据公
司目标维持最低水平的过量和过期原材料。

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

A. Educational Qualifications /教育资格: Master degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration / 民用航空工程或行政管理硕士
B. Work Experience - Technical Knowledge / 工作经历 - 专业知识:
3-5 years’ experience in Basic Supply Chain management / 3～5 年的供应链管理经验
Experience in Aeronautics/Automotive or Industrial related industry / 航空/汽车或相关工业的工作经验
Microsoft Pack office, advanced Excel skills, ERP systems / 对 Microsoft Pack office，Excel，ERP 系统的熟练操作
Fluent Chinese, English / 中英文熟练

C. Professional Skills / 专业技能:
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop metrics and presentations / 超群的分析能力以及开发表格及呈现演讲的能力
Highly skilled negotiator and comfortable dealing in complex international environment, problem solving oriented /
