Primary Responsibilities


1. Follow leader requests exactly and accurately process leader’s projects, working within strict time constraints and deadlines


2. Coordinate incoming requests, including: assessing completion time, determining required capacity and advising best work flow method, EN/CN & CN/EN translation


3. Contribute to our translation team through cooperation and participation


4. Meet tight deadlines


5. Communicate and interact in a professional, positive and courteous manner


6. Exhibit a professional decorum at all times


Desirable Qualifications


1. University graduate majoring in English / Chinese Translation, Linguistics or 5 years' relevant work experience and ideally graduate in business/finance or related discipline

2. 2 year’s experiences of bank/financial documentation translation highly preferred


3. Excellent command of Chinese and English, German will be preferred


4. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite


5. Solid translation experience


6. Ability to work well in a highly confidential environment


7. Able to work and deliver quality output under pressure and tight timeline


8. Knowledge of financial services industry a plus


9. Strong communication skills and professionalism


10.Basic knowledge of the PC platform, understanding of Windows XP


11. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Microsoft Word - Intermediate


12. Ability to learn and conform to any new work procedures
