• Independently make qualified pre-production samples in accordance with the requirements of PD department and the manager

  按照PD部门及上级领导要求，能独立制作符合要求的产前样

  
  

• Make clear, right and real time production records and collect first-hand information and report to supervisor if necessary

  记录制作工艺工序以及每道工序所用时间并收集***手资料，发现异常及时与上级领导进行沟通解决

  
  

• Propose improvements in existing production process to cut down production time, material usage, increase quality

  对现有生产工艺提出改进建议，以缩短生产时间，减少材料使用，提高质量

  
  

• Other jobs assigned by the production manager

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格

• Be able to create and read drawings and sewing patterns, and independently make qualified pre-production samples with skilled operation of sewing machine

• Highly skilled operating a variety of sewing equipment

  熟练操作多样花式缝纫设备

  
  

• Excellent communication skills, able to understand clients demands and translate them into technical terms

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time

• Excellent quality and safety knowledge and awareness

• Equal or above junior high school, minimum 5 years working experience in a technical department of garment plant is preferred

About Norwex

In 1994, still in the pioneering days of a new product named Micro Fiber, a local cleaning company in Dal, Norway received a sample of a new cleaning product to use in their day to day cleaning. They soon realized the enormous potential that this new product could have on today’s cleaning methods. Soon thereafter, the Norwegian operating company, Eidsvoll Miljprodukter, went into business selling, marketing and further developing micro fiber as a material used in modern cleaning products. The ideology was then, as it is now, to produce a more efficient cleaning product where only water needs to be added to the cleaning cloth or mop.
