岗位职责

（1） 负责相关图纸文件及档案资料的签收、 登记、 存放 、保管、 借阅 、传递；

（2） 负责项目工程开工进场资料的收集与准备工作；

（3） 负责项目工程竣工档案资料的收集、 整理入档工作；

（4） 工程材料进货合同，预付款凭证收集；

任职要求

（1） 建筑类相关专业毕业，有相关工作经验1-2年；

（2） 能熟悉与运用相关电脑办公软件；

（3） 熟悉工程项目预算及报价；

（4） 工作积极认真，可适应加班，细心负责，有较强的团队意识；
