GENERAL SUMMARY


This position is accountable for doing the direct sales, develop sales channels, enlarge market shares, as well as agencies management in China for application in industry mixer product lines


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)


  • Develop and implement sales, contract, technical service and customer service strategies that are designed to achieve revenue, market share and profit objectives.
  • Develop business plans and strategies including pricing, servicing and contract management. Execute the overall business plan, increase productivity (Revenue per full-time employee) through effective target marketing and Customer Relations Management, add more value-added technical services at a profit and insure forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales revenue by effective implementation of target marketing principles, both nationally as well as at the local territory level. Target business development strategies to penetrate specific industries.
  • Recommend distributor appointments and terminations as required. Develop and maintain a motivated and loyal distributor network that delivers appropriate and consistent end user support and Company value in each territory.
  • Maintain a keen business development awareness of market needs, opportunities and economic conditions, and evaluate as required.

SKILLS


  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be have personal traits listed below.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent use of computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word or other related software
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, process design and commercial control procedures.
  • Can read and comprehend basic legal and financial language.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical Industry/Mining/Engineering/Water.
  • Treating/Power/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Over 3years experience working with related product selling is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of product and their unique features and characteristics.
