理工类学历背景。熟悉人工智能、大数据、生物医药、纳米等产业的优先，具有科技项目管理、产学研合作、新兴产业培育等相关工作经历的优先。

基本要求

1、具有中华人民共和国国籍，政治品质良好，品行端正，无违法犯罪记录，具有正常履行岗位职责必备的身体条件。

2、具有全日制硕士研究生及以上学历学位。本科、研究生阶段须为国内“双一流”高校或世界前100名高校全日制毕业，理工类专业优先。

国内“双一流”高校参照中国教育部《关于公布世界一流大学和一流学科建设高校及建设学科名单的通知》，一流学科建设高校毕业人才所读专业须为该校“双一流”建设学科。

世界前100名高校主要参照最新公布的QS世界大学排名、泰晤士高等教育世界排名〈THE〉、美国US News世界大学排名、上海交通大学世界大学学术排名〈ARWU〉。

3、硕士研究生原则上不超过30周岁（1989年7月1日以后出生），博士研究生原则上不超过35周岁（1984年7月1日以后出生）；特别优秀的，年龄可适当放宽。

4、取得学历、学位时间截止为2019年8月31日（海外留学人员应提供教育部留学服务中心在此日期之前出具的国外学历学位认证书）。

5、专业或经历符合苏州工业园区产业发展方向的、有海外留学或工作经历的、外语表达能力强的优先考虑。

Basic Requirements

Positions in science, technology and innovation: Applicants are required to have academic backgrounds in science and engineering. Applicants familiar with artificial intelligence, big data, biomedicine, nanotechnology, etc. or with work experience in management of science and technology projects, cooperation projects among enterprises, universities and research institutes, and cultivation projects of emerging industries, etc. are preferred.

Basic Requirements

1. Applicants should have Chinese nationality. Other qualifications required are: good political and ethical integrity; good physical condition to perform position duties; no criminal records.

2、Applicants should have a master’s degree or higher (full-time programs). The university where an applicant pursued his/her bachelor’s degree or master’s degree must be included in China’s Double First-Class project (which refers to world-class universities and universities with world-class disciplines) or in top 100 universities in the world. Applicants majoring in science and engineering are preferred.

The universities included in China’s Double First-Class project refer to those listed in the Notice of the Announcement of A List of the World-Class Universities, Universities with World-Class Disciplines and the World-Class Disciplines, which is a list issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. An applicant who graduated from one of the universities with world-class disciplines should major in the discipline falling into the list of world-class disciplines of the project.

The top 100 universities in the world refer to those included in the latest QS World University Rankings, the Times Higher Education World University Rankings (THE), the US News World University Rankings, and the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU).

3. In principle, an applicant with a master’s degree should be under 30 years old (inclusive) (born after July 1, 1989), and an applicant with a doctorate should be under 35 years old (inclusive) (born after July 1, 1984). (This maximum age limit may be waived for extremely excellent talents.)

4. Applicants should obtain academic qualifications and degrees on and before August 31, 2019 (any applicant who graduated from an academic institution outside Chinese mainland should provide a recognition certificate of foreign education and degrees issued by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange under the governance of MOE before August 31, 2019).

5. Applicants with education experience or work experience in line with the development of SIP, with overseas study or work experience, or with strong foreign language skills, are preferred.
