职位描述：

1、 以服务客户为根本，对工作尽职尽责；

2、 着装保持专业外貌，待客热情、诚恳，谈吐自然大方，保持接待区整齐清洁；

3、 熟练掌握汽车知识，评估维修要求，及时准确的对维修车辆进 行报价，估计维修费用或征求有关人员（上级）意见，并得到 客户确认后，开出维修工单，并耐心向客户说明收费项目及其依据；

4、 认真接待客户车辆，清楚仔细检查车辆外观、内饰并认真登记， 同时提醒客户将车内的重要物品保管好；

5、 掌握车间的维修进度，确保完成客户交修项目，按时将状况完 好的车辆交付客户，对未能及时交付的车辆应提前与客户沟通，讲清楚原因；

6、 严格执行交、接车规范；

7、 定期向客户进行回访，征求客户的意见，考察客户的满意度， 并根据相应项目做好记录；

9、 认真检查核对车辆及送修人的相关信息，及时准确的完成系统的录入；

10、 不断学习新知识、新政策，努力提高自身业务水平，按时参加部门内部的培训；

任职要求：

1、汽车工程相关专业优先，大专及以上学历；

2、同行业工作经验一年以上；

3、良好的沟通能力及表达能力，有较强的亲和力。
