2、营销计划：年度市场品牌推广计划及产品推广计划

• 年度整体业务回顾
• 全年品牌发展规划以及每个季度的品牌策略方案制定
• 分区域专项推广计划
• 核心产品的全年推广计划制定
• 新产品上市推广计划

3、产品战略与管理：领导所有产品迭代升级、概念开发及新品开发

• 根据消费者需求及市场动态，推动产品升级迭代；
• 根据消费群调查和品牌跟踪调查，开发新产品，提升用户体验，确保产品满足更准确、更深层次的用户需求

4、传播计划：制定全年度维达品牌投入费用预算及损益预估

• 领导所有的品牌沟通工具，包括电视广告、屏幕广告、新媒体、终端物料
• 持续优化媒介策略，高效的接触目标消费者

5、市场研究：基于准确消费者研究更了解消费者

• 开展年度品牌健康度调研；
• 开展深度的市场数据与消费者研究数据分析，以寻求业务的推动因素
• 市场发展动态研究与分析，深刻全面了解行业与竞争对手；

6、培养、发展品牌专员、主管，并使之成为品牌经理

7、配合品牌总监支持公司核心渠道（B-B）及核心大客户的发展计划
