1.向潜在客户介绍华尔街英语课程，通过开发新资源与挖掘旧资源，持续稳定地实现个人销售目标。

2.带领4-6人的课程顾问销售团队，实现由中心总监设定的每日、周期和月度销售目标，与上级、同事和学员建立密切的关系，以达成销售和服务目标。

3.与中心总监和副总监合作，培养课程顾问为潜在客户设计合适课程的能力，***程度地提高销售过程的效率。

4.完善课程顾问的学员跟进数据库，确保达成学习目标。

5.按时分析团队表现，在开发个人和企业客户方面以身作则。

6.主持定期会议，提供销售培训，确保团队完成每日销售报告。

职位要求：

1.3年及以上直接销售经验（有B2C销售经验优先）。

2.1年跨国公司销售管理经验，至少管理过5名下属。

3.出色的销售技能，并需提供成功案例及所获奖项证明。

4.强烈的团队精神和出色的沟通能力。

5.强烈的责任感与客户服务意识（必要时可接受灵活的工作时间安排）。

Position Description:

1. Introduce WSE courses to potential customers and consistently achieve individual sales targets with new prospects and old contacts as your client resources.

2. Lead a sales team of 4-6 Course Consultants and achieve daily, periodic and monthly sales targets set by the Center Director. Build strong relationships with Managers, colleagues and students to reach both sales and service objectives.

3.Work with the Center Director and Deputy Center Director to develop Course Consultants’ ability to design suitable courses for potential customers and maximize the sales process efficiency of the sales team.

4.Complete Consultant's student follow-up database to ensure learning objectives are reached.

5.Analyze team performance on time and lead by example for build-up of prospect, corporate clients.

6.Lead regular meetings and provide sales trainings and ensure team completion of Daily Sales Reports.

Position Requirement:

1.3 years or above direct sales experience (Ideally B2C).

2.1 year’s sales management experience in MNC and have managed at least 5 subordinates.

3. Excellent sales skills and necessary to provide evidence of success and awards.

4. Strong team spirit and good communication skills.

5. High sense of responsibility and customer service mentality (flexible working schedule necessary).
