? Control all MRP system functions for Upholstery Department (Ordering, Recieving, Shipping, Production, Write Offs, etc) 控制所有MRP系统功能(订购、收货、发货、生产、核销等)

? Maintain manufacturing Equipment维护制造设备

? Assist in training manufacturing personell协助培训生产人员

? Request, process and implement into production product Engineering changes要求、处理和实施产品工程变更

? Analyze and monitor current production practices and request any changes from management team分析和监控实时的生产情况，根据实际情况并要求管理团队做出变更

? Enforce safetyprotocol throughout facility在工厂内执行安全规程

? Focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Waste管控安全、质量、交付、成本和浪费

Qualifications任职资格

? Experience upholstering large furniture such as RV or marine industry parts经验丰富的大型家具装潢，如房车或船舶工业部件

? Knowledge of manufacturing principles, LSS and 5S experience are a plus熟悉制造原理，有LSS和5S经验者优先

? Experience leading team successfully成功领导团队的经验

? Computer experience controlling staffing calendars, work flows, capacity models, MRP Systems, Office Suite (On site MRP System training available) 计算机经验丰富，使用电脑管理员工、工作流程、MRP系统、办公软件(可提供现场MRP系统培训)

? Good communication skill swith employees, managment, vendors, and customers良好的与员工、管理层、供应商和客户的沟通技巧

? Bi-Lingual is a plus会英语者优先

? Able to work in a non climate-controlled environment when necessary能适应加班

? Ability to run CNC Machines and maintain file structures as new products come online能够操作数控机床，并在新产品上线时维护文件结构

? Good hand-eye coordination良好的手眼协调能力
