2..必须具备生产型企业同等职位管理经验2年以上，有电子电器类工厂经验优先；

3.具备系统的管理理论基础，表达能力强，能深入生产过程细节，能够系统的架构并驾驭200人左右生产规模的全盘事项，包括数据管理、生产统筹、品质管理、下属培训、员工管理等等所有相关工作

4.熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系，能按体系高效运作；

5.熟悉车间5S管理，生产协调并与业务、财务、品质、仓储等部门协作配合
