工作职责

• 营运管理

  1、负责处理区域内店铺的服务和销售问题。

  2、达成美容经理设定的月度销售目标。

  3、监控促销计划的严格执行。

  4、周度、月度对销售数据进行回顾、分析，并反馈给店铺管理组和美容经理。

  5、了解最新促销产品的订货量，减少积压库存。

  6、与采购部和供应商共同协作不断尝试新的有创造性的商品陈列方式。

• 市场方案执行

  1、按照计划，带领团队执行店铺促销活动。

  2、组织配合店铺巡场表演的进行，并与相关部门进行有效的讨论及反馈以吸取经验。

  3、观察顾客需求和判断推广重点。

  4、培训美容顾问识别和培养忠实顾客，建立自有品牌的良好形象。

• 人员管理

  1. 负责区域美容顾问的培训和评估制度以有效地推广和控制销售活动。

  2. 监控区域美容顾问的排班以满足营运的需要。

  3. 提供月度培训以确保美容顾问获得最新的产品知识和销售技巧。

  
  

  任职资格

  1. 至少2年店铺营运管理工作经验，具一定的培训经验。

  2. 熟悉商品促销和陈列标准。

  3. 强烈的责任感，自信，有服务意识, 优秀的沟通协调技巧和团队管理经验。

  4. 大专或以上学历，曾接受相关技能培训,具相关彩妆资格证书为佳。
