服务指标/Target:

  • Data input (client basic information) in internal system and internal report;
  • Client notification distribution (reminder notice via call and/or standard format email), and maintain the tracking record;
  • Internal email reply’s consolidation (for specific internal topic/survey/report);
  • Prepare reimbursement report and data input;
  • Documents collection/reception and internal real-time delivery;
  • File faxing, printing, binding, scanning and filing;
  • Answer the phone and take the message when RM is out of office;
  • Logistics service for event and meeting.


服务担当技能要求/ Skills and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor Degree, around one year related working experience would be preferred;

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written);

Advanced computer Skills for MS Office, especially Excel;

Responsible, able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment;

Have the ability to work accurately under pressure;

Self-motivated, passionate and result-oriented.

Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork

More than 2 years working experience in related field, being familiar with the daily secretarial work
