Perform general office admin duties to ensure the office operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
Greet visitors, employees, interviewees, receive and transfer phone calls, take messages if needed, take care of express, deliveries.
In charge of conference rooms and pantries, water, property services.
Purchase of office stationery and office supplies.
Print business cards.
Liaise with green suppliers to maintain greens in the office.
Book hotel rooms as requested, liaise with office driver and arrange ground transportation.
Prepare invitation letters for foreign visitors’ visa application.
Purchase and manage the books in office library.
Help staff to book lunch at building’s canteen.
Liaise with cleaning lady to ensure office is tidy and in good order.
Other tasks as assigned from line manager.
任职要求:
Good MS Office skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Adequate English communication skills in verbal and written, CET 4 above would be preferred.
