岗位职责：

1. 根据公司政策对核销前逾期客户执行现场催收行动，对核销后客户进行后续催讨，引导客户结清剩余欠款，挽回公司损失；

2. 对逾期车辆施行收回前准备和收回后的转移工作；

3. 根据公司要求对贷款申请人进行贷前信息核实工作，实地走访贷款人住址或工作地；

4. 对自己工作有良好规划，对团队业务有独到见解；

5. 协调与维护部门与当地专营店，法院，车管所，合作公司等的关系；

6. 完成总部交办的其他汽车金融现场任务，包含但不限于解抵押工作等。

岗位要求：

• 本科或以上学历（特别优秀者可放宽至专科）；
• 三年以上银行信用卡现场催收经验或汽车金融现场催收经验；
• 具备良好沟通、应变能力；
• 性格坚韧、果敢，退伍军人优先考虑；
• 无犯罪记录，无不良从业记录，征信记录要求良好；
• 拥有驾照并熟悉当地情况，能适应经常性出差工作，抗压能力强。

Summary: In charge of before and after write-off field collection, pre-loan field visit and other auto finance field visit jobs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the field collection tasks before write-off according to company policy; keep collecting against after write-off clients, conduct clients to settle the remaining amount, recover company loss.
• Prepare for repossession of overdue vehicles and vehicle transfer after repossession.
• Verify pre-loan information of applicant according to company requirements; execute pre-loan field visit of home and working address.
• Have well-structured work plan and unique insights of team work.
• Coordinate and maintain the relationship with the local auto dealers, local court, local vehicle administration office and local vendor.

6. Complete other auto finance field tasks assigned from supervisor, including but not limited to mortgage release.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above (special excellence can be extended);

2. 3 years or above working experience of field collection in banking industry or auto finance industry;

3. Good communication skills and adaptively;

4. Tenacious and courageous personality (Retired army or armed policeman preferred);

5. No criminal record, no bad employment record, good credit record;

6. Have driving license and familiar with local conditions, able to accept frequent business travel and work under pressure.
