工作职责:

公用工程运行和维护Utility System Operation and Maintenance:

• 确保所有的公用系统按照GMP和辉瑞内部标准稳定运行

Ensure all the utility system smooth operation followed GMP and Pfizer standard.

• 按照年度预防维修计划对公用系统进行维护保养

Preventive maintenance for utility system according to the plan

• 配合公用系统工程师确保关键公用系统在验证状态，并帮助工程师进行偏差调查和编写

Support engineer to keep critical utility system in validated status, support engineer to do the deviation investigation and report preparation

• 能独立分析总结公用系统的运行状况，并提出合理化改进建议.

Analyse the running status of utility system and give the improvement suggestion

• 编写和更新公用系统的工作指导书并对运行成员进行培训

Prepare and update working instruction for utility system, and provide the operation training within the team

• 主动协调所负责系统的日常工作，做好前后班次的交班工作

Coordinate the internal work , prepare the handover over work between the different shift team

• 负责对公用工程和重要生产设备的监控

Responsible for the monitoring work for all utilities and key process equipment

• 确保所有日常工作符合SOP，GMP和其他法规的要求，遵守公司的EHS和SOP规定

Ensure utility activities comply with SOP, GMP and other related regulatory. Comply with site EHS policy and SOP.

项目 Project：

参与和支持公用系统相关的现场验收，安装，调试，确认活动

Participate in/Support SAT, installation, commissioning, qualification of related utility equipment and system.

其它Others

• 与维修，EHS,质量，生产和实验室等部门保持良好的沟通，

Build strong relationships with maintenance, EHS, Quality, Production and Laboratory via good communication

• 积极参加工厂的安全活动、CIP活动和各种培训活动。

Actively participate in safety, RFT, CIP and training activities in the company.

• 完成上级领导安排的其它各项工作。

任职资格:

教育程度/经验

• 大专学历，暖通、水处理，工程、机械，电气等相关专业

College degree, major in HVAC/ water treatment/ Engineering/Mechnical/electricalrelated.

• 至少五年工作经验，

At least 5 years work experience

特别知识

• 工作责任心强，有独立判断及决定问题的能力

Good integrity, responsibility and problem-solving skills.

• 具有团队精神和良好的沟通能力

Teamwork spirit, good communication and training abilities.

• 拥有至少一项公用系统运行证书（如电工证、高配证、压力容器证、危化品操作证等）优先考虑

Hold at least one kind of operation certificate such as high voltage，electrical，pressure vessel, chemical operation etc

• 有良好的公用工程技术知识及故障解决的能力

Have good technical knowledge about utility system, especially on troubshooting skill.

• 熟悉Windows系统并能使用Microsoft等常用软件

Familiar with the windows system ,Have computer skill such as Windows and Microsoft.
