Job Description

Requirements岗位职责

  • The Kitchen Manager is required to attend weekly chef meeting and be ready to present previous weeks supply chain issues, convey food quality issue with upper management, and understand updated company standards. 加每周的厨师长会议,准备并汇报前一周该门店的食材供应情况/食品质量情况,并及时了解公司标准。
  • Hold in-store BOH staff meeting to convey chef meeting topics to staff. 店内后厨会议,传达厨师长会议内容给所有后厨员工。
  • Follow up staff is actively doing new procedures discussed in chef meeting. 厨师长会议上讨论的新举措进行跟进,看是否员工都积极改进中。
  • Responsible for following and maintaining all BOH area and equipment are up to company & shanghai hygiene department standards. 以下区域并维护整个后厨区域,确保所有设备都能保持符合公司/卫生局的卫生标准。
  • Hot Kitchen 热厨房
  • Cold kitchen 冷厨房
  • Juice bar 果汁吧
  • Dish washing area 洗碗区
  • Dry storage 干货储存处

Job Requirements 职位要求

  • At least 4-6 years working in a catering or food producing kitchen. 6年以上餐饮行业或食品制造业的后厨工作经验。
  • At least 2 years of experience in manage & supervising staff of a kitchen. 2年以上后厨管理经验。
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in operating a kitchen of“tapas”type western restaurant. 2-3年以上西班牙餐馆餐前小吃类后厨工作经验。
  • Assist to implement systems to run his kitchen more efficiently. 进行系统实施,使后厨能更有效的运作。
  • Certified hygiene certified to A2 level. 知识通过A2。
  • Experience in coping with daily restaurant situations. 门店日常工作的经验。
  • Knowledgeable of kitchen operations. 运营的常识。
  • Supply chain and inventory management. 物流及库存管理。
  • Quality Control of prepared foods. 备餐食品的质量控制。
