岗位职责

【岗位职责】

1. 制定项目招商计划,包括业态布局、租户组合等,编制开业后年度租赁计划和收入预算;

2. 参与项目产品研究、规划设计、招商定位,确定、调整招商方案;

3. 审核项目业态定位可行性,提出业态调整改善方案;

4. 根据项目实际经营状况,适时调整租赁策略、业态配比及租户组合,对租金收益敏感,能进行收益评估分析;

5. 搜集各业态品牌动态及市场租赁行情,积累市场数据;

6. 制定招商流程制度,编制招商文件(招商手册、租赁意向书及租赁合同标准文本等);

7. 能迅速组建、管理招商团队;

8. 负责重要商户/业态的招商洽谈,完成招商合作;

补充说明

【任职要求】

1. 市场营销、工商管理相关专业大学本科及以上学历。

2. 精通商业地产经营模式、熟悉商业各类业态(尤擅餐饮配套)特点、物业条件需求。

3. 有丰富的品牌、商户资源,了解商户拓展及开店需求。能独立完成主力店招商工作。

4. 相关大型商场招商工作经验8年以上,其中4年以上招商管理工作经验。
