岗位职责：

1、协助总经理制定企业发展规划和经营计划，并负责协调部署各职能部门落实执行；

2、召集主持总经理办公会议，检查、督促和协调各部门的工作进展，协调各部门经理的工作；

3、负责安排总经理日常行程、出差；

4、协助总经理与外联单位的接待、参观工作等;

5、完成总经理交给的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验;

2、良好的英语读写说能力;

3、较强的文字撰写能力，沟通协调以及语言表达能力; 工作细致、认真、有责任心.

Responsibilities:

1、Assist the general manager in formulating enterprise development plans and business plans, and to coordinate the implementation of all functional departments

2、Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events and push forward the project progress of all departments.

3、Manage and maintain GM’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements

4、Assist GM to interact with internal and external visitors/Clients

5、Complete other tasks assigned by GM.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years relevant work experience;

2. Good English skills in reading, writing & Spoken;

3. Strong writing , communication and coordination skills; Attention to detail and accuracy.
