1.制定公司运营指标、年度发展计划及衡量体系，推动并确保营业指标的顺利完成；协调各部门的工作，建设和发展优秀的运营队伍；

2.修订及执行公司战略规划及与日常营运相关的制度体系、业务流程；

Revise and implement company’s strategic plans and systems、business process related to daily operation.

3.指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，掌握工作情况和有关数据；

Guide、supervise and check all work for subordinates, master working status and related data.

4.主持制定、调整年度生产计划及总预算；月度报告准备及呈现；

Organize to make and adjust annual production plans and general budget. Prepare/present necessary monthly

reports.

5.确保所有机器设备的高效运作及人员安全生产；

Safe operation of facility and workers.

6.日常生产运营管理，含炼胶、模压、生产后工序、机检等；

Daily production, mixing, molding, secondary process, vision.

7.每月LPA组织与跟进；日常7S管理；

Manage monthly LPA program.7S daily.

8.公司IQMS/WMS系统跟进及报告；

IQMS/WMS reporting.

9.负责公司生产间接成本、辅料、物料消耗和生产偏差；

Responsible for production overhead cost, auxiliary material, consumption, production deviation.

10.按工作程序与质量、工程、出货、计划等部门紧密协作；

Work in concert with quality, eng, shipping, planning.

11.随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题；

Keep track of quality status in production process. Coordinate all departments’ communication and collaboration. Solve problems occur in production in time.

12.组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广；

Organize the application and promotion of new technique、new processes and new equipments.

13.组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；

Organize and fulfill、supervise and control all techniques、quality、equipments、cost、 output index, etc in production process.

14.领导、管理工厂维修部门对工厂基础设备维护、新设备安装，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态；

Lead and manage factory’s maintenance department on basic equipments maintenance, new equipment installation, ensure the production field can produce normally and the equipments are in good condition.

15.建立MFG KPI，负责KPI的达成；

Establish the MFG KPI and responsible for KPI achievement.

16.管理生产计划控制部，制定、下达月度主要生产计划，做到及时均衡生产；

Manage production planning and control department, make and issue monthly mainly production plan, achieve timely and balanced production goals.

任职要求：

• 8年以上企业工作经验，5年以上高级管理工作经验，及相关IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001及ISO45001体系推行及维护经验。

More than 8 years enterprise management and more than 5 years senior management working experience .Have related systems implementation and maintenance experiences on IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001 and ISO45001.

• 在企业战略规划领域有深厚的理论功底和丰富的运作经验；

Have strong theoretical foundation and rich operation experiences at enterprise’s strategy planning.

• 精通项目管理，并有独立实施项目管理操作的成功经验；

Be proficient in project management. Have successful experiences on implement project management operation independently.

Quality Synthetic Rubber (Dongguan) Co. Ltd (QSR) is a Sino-US enterprise specialized in design, developing, manufacturing of precision silicone sealing parts with sales and marketing function. Since the Headquarter in Ohio US established in 1966, the company has set up 17 facilities worldwide including 8 manufacturing plants.
