I BROAD FUNCTION

• As CIP expert directs, monitor and implement REHAU Performance System (RPS) in plant.

II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main objective is to lead the CIP & LEAN operational management and improvement for plant;
• Present CIP workshops;
• Guide CIP teams, organize team work;
• Analyze and evaluate processes and optimize processes reinforce work road of multidepartment;
• Perform problems and weak points analyses;
• Coordinate other area or employees;
• Communicate with CIP team or outside;
• On-plants trainers and advisors for CIP presenter;
• Delegates tasks;
• Mediate, solve conflicts;
• Operate cross-plant;
• Communicate RPS/CIP idea on plant;
• Know and process the figures(include systems);
• Build up and support network of experts(within plants);
• Present and visualize CIP result;
• Record suggestions and ideas from employees, ensure evaluation and implementation;
• Monitor the entire CIP process in the plant and plan & coordinate CIP activities after consultation WL.
• Have certain financial knowledge, can understand the factory profit statement and financial profit statement.
• Complete other work arranged by supervisor.

III REQUIREMENTS

1) EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree in industry engineering;

2) EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years’ experience in Lean production or industry engineering area;
• Have experience in Lean project implementation;
• Have experience in Lean operation system setup;
• Experience as an electronic or mechanical engineer is preferred;
• Experience in chemical industry or chemical deep processing industry is preferred.

3) SKILLS & OTHERS

• Strong communication skill;
• Strong project implementation ability;
• Strong coordination and organization ability
• Good English;
• Good ability in MS software;
• Can influence other person;
• Good leadership;
