Roles and Accountabilities(岗位职责)


Provide support and assistance to departmental contract administration, including logistics support to contract negotiation, word processing, translation and proof-reading assistance in contract development, establishment and administration of the commercial contract system as well as support to other departmental functions and activities.


为部门的合同管理工作提供支持和协助,包括合同编制过程中提供文字整合处理、文件的翻译及校对等,为合同谈判安排提供支持,管理部门的合同文档,为部门相关功能和活动提供支持。


Principal Activities(主要工作)


  • Provide logistics and word processing support to contract negotiation and contract development.

    为合同谈判和合同编制提供支持,包括大量文字整合处理及翻译校对支持。


  • Establish and improve an integrated commercial contract system to facilitate contract tracking and updating, participate into development of related contract training .materials.

    管理部门的商务合同的文档,并定期更新,参与合同培训资料的编制,负责部门外发正式函件的处理。


  • Participate into preliminary contract analysis and provide preliminary resolutions in alignment with applicable contract stipulations.

    参与初步合同分析,结合合同规定给出初步处理意见。


  • Provide routine contract implementation reports.

    编制相关合同执行情况的例行报表。


  • Provide support to other functionalities and activities of the Department

    为部门其它功能及活动提供支持。

  • Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development

    参与公司的应急演练或制度建设


  • Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness

    参与或配合事故调查,不瞒/骗/迟报


  • Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation

    为公司的安全生产,提供合理建议

  • Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards

    保持办公区域的整洁


  • Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help

    负责自己的访客在办公室的安全事项,如前台登记、简短的安全介绍、在紧急状态下提供必要的协助等

  • Learning oriented with a good sense of major commercial contract structure

    学习能力强,对主要商务合同结构有一定了解


  • Good at initiative thinking, diagnostic analytical skills and problem solving capability

    有主动思考的能力,具有较强的分析能力以及解决问题的能力


  • Fanatical attention to details

  • 细心、注意细节


  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word & Excel

    优秀的办公室软件应用能力, 特别是文字处理能力和制表功能的使用


  • Ability to listen, speak, read and write in both Chinese and English;

    良好的听、说、读、写双语能力;


  • Able to deliver multi tasks on deadline

    能适应多任务工作,并按时完成任务

Work Experience and Educational Background(工作经验及教育背景)


  • Working experience preferred

    有工作经验优先


  • College or University Degree in Commerce or relevant preferred

法律,商科, 英语或相关专业优先
