Job Description
1、 The management of leakage test machine and test bench in production line;
2、 Collect and analyze daily testing data ;
3、 Deal with leakage issue, take steps to solve relative material issue;
4、 Analyze noise and bad function issue then define action to reduce noise reject rate.
5、 Study on noise results got by test bench and car test, improve testing condition to combine the results;
6、 Communicate with PPS to make function and noise improvement.
7、 Communicate with R&D to carry out testing for new type of transmission
8、 Build up and maintain quality systems to IATF16949 standard.

1、Acoustic knowledge (microphones, sound sources).
2、Electronic Data Acquisition, signal Analysis
3、Report Generation, knowledge on vehicle Design
